Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return:
1. The product must be “unused” and in its “original packaging”.
2. Proof of purchase is required for all returns or refunds.
3. Products are “not eligible for return due to a change of mind”.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a product with “damaged packaging” or a “defective item”, please follow these steps:
1. Take “clear photos” of the damaged packaging or defective product.
2. Email the photos, along with your proof of purchase, to (mail to:[email protected]) for assessment.
3. Our team will review the photos and, if approved, will guide you on next steps.
*In some cases, customers may not be required to return the damaged or defective item to receive a replacement or refund if the product is deemed unsalvageable after review.*
Return Approval and Shipping
If your return is approved:
1. Products should be shipped at the “customer’s expense”.
2. Approved product must be shipped to Warehouse 1380 Napier street Vancouver BC V5L2M4 Canada. Address to Warehouse team
Gift Purchases
Only the original purchaser is eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds if eligibility criteria are met. Gift receivers are not eligible for returns.
